- Order Status: Overview of all your purchase orders including what’s placed, what’s pending due to clarifications or missing information.
- Timelines: Updates on confirmed delivery dates – whether shortened or extended.
- Warehouse Status: List of items currently in stock and ready for immediate shipment, based on your needs.
- Shipping Information: Details of items already shipped, including shipping date and reference.

DEEPDIVE ORDER OVERVIEW
The order overview is a comprehensive summary of all your purchase orders for your specific plant. It includes:
- Order date & order reference
- Lists of all items ordered with your material codes and full item description, code, type and manufacturer.
- Originally confirmed date of arrival to our warehouse and latest know inbound date.
If any purchase order has not been processed due to unclarities. You will see everything in one comprehensive overview reducing time and effort in managing Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, managing shipments and import customs coordination.

Upon receiving the current order overview for your plant we ask for two things:
- Compare & Verify:
Crosscheck against information with your systems. Are all orders listed? Is anything unclear?
Have any projects become urgent? Let us know about any urgent projects so we can plan accordingly.
- Plan & Communicate:
Together with the order overview a “suggested next shipment date” will be shared from your Deska Order Management Key Account Manager (KAM).
Now we need your input: Whether you need to “ship immediately” or “wait for additional items to consolidate” to maximize savings, we’ll coordinate the shipment according to your preference.
No! If something is very urgent, we’ll handle it with the priority it deserves. You always have the option to request separate shipments for urgent items or arrange for the next consolidated shipment as soon as the critical goods arrive. This way, you benefit from maximum cost savings while ensuring that urgent needs are addressed promptly.
The principle is simple: the more items and purchase orders we consolidate per shipment, the greater your savings in freight costs. Since DESKA invoices actual delivery costs, you can take full advantage of these opportunities.
By planning your orders in advance, especially for routine maintenance and spare parts, you can avoid emergency orders and maximize consolidation savings. Goods are not invoiced while we collect and consolidate them in our warehouse. This way you benefit from improved cash flow since goods are only billed upon shipment.
